Plain-language summary of what you get and what you do not. The binding text is the MIT license in LICENSE - where this document and that one differ, that one wins.
No warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may show you a wrong price, no price, or nothing at all. It may stop working entirely when Grinding Gear Games changes the trade API, when poe.ninja changes an endpoint, or when a league launches before the data bundle catches up. None of that is promised against, and there is no support obligation, no SLA and no fitness for any purpose.
Prices shown are an estimate and nothing more. They are what a public API and a public economy site said at the time of asking, filtered by heuristics that are documented but not infallible. Trades you make are your decisions. Money - real or in-game - lost on one is yours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the authors and copyright holders are not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use. That includes lost in-game items or currency, a bad trade, a rate-limit restriction on your address, or anything that happens to your game account.
This tool reads your clipboard, watches which window is in front, and synthesizes the game's own copy shortcut when you press its hotkey. It does not read or write game memory, inject into the game process, modify game files, or automate any gameplay action, and it uses only publicly accessible API endpoints without ever asking for your credentials.
That is a deliberate design boundary, not an assurance from anyone else. No representation is made about whether any third party's terms of service permit this class of tool, and you accept the risk of using it with your game account. If you are not comfortable with that, do not use it.
Path of Exile and its content are © Grinding Gear Games, and this project is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The game data, the modifier groupings from poewiki (CC BY-NC 3.0), and the embedded Fontin typeface each carry their own terms, which are yours to observe as much as they are ours. ATTRIBUTION.md lists all of them.
This project is non-commercial, and one of those licenses - CC BY-NC 3.0, covering the per-unique modifier data - requires that. Selling this, or building something commercial on the data bundle, is not something the license permits you to do.
Nothing is collected and there is no server to collect it with. PRIVACY.md lists every request the binary can make and every file it writes.
